As a NICU nurse in several of New York City’s leading Level IV Regional Perinatal Centers, I gained extensive experience caring for high-risk newborns and coordinating complex, multidisciplinary treatment plans.

This work honed my ability to interpret detailed medical documentation, assess adherence to standards of care, and identify deviations in practice — critical skills I now apply to case review and expert analysis for birth injury and malpractice cases.
