Consulting/Expert Services: $275.00/hour

Includes but not limited to:

• Medical record review
• Expert in Nursing Standard of Care
• Reports: timelines, chronologies, summaries, narratives
• Research
• Interpret medical records, reports, and fetal monitor strips
• Provide education and clarification of medical/nursing issues to assist legal team
• Prepare timeline of facts and chronology of events
• Assist in the discovery process and identify missing records
• Perform literature search
• organizing medical records,
• reviewing cases for merit,
• creating reports,
• locating experts and
• performing medical research

Required Retainer: $750

Travel Expenses: TBD

Includes but not limited to:

• Hotel stays
• Meal reimbursement
• Mileage assessed at 57.5¢ per mile

For jobs with expedited turnaround and/or rushed timeframes, a 25% rush rate may be charged in addition to the invoice total. Rush rate is assessed prior to acceptance of employment by both parties.
